who we are

KTW Builders has been a work in progress since 1980. Jointly owned by Kent & Lucy Wagner, the company continues to be a rewarding partnership; Kent handles construction operations and Lucy handles the office operations. We started out as a subcontractor with a single framing crew. We currently operate under an Arizona Registrar of Contractors KB-02 License; Dual Residence and Small Commercial. As a General Contractor, we are licensed to do new home building, residential remodeling and tenant improvements.

Our projects over the years have been diverse; luxury, new home construction, kitchen and bathroom remodels, room additions & expansions, patio additions, simple and complex tenant improvements, custom trim package installations and cabinetry design, fabrication and installation. We have some of the finest framers, trim carpenters and cabinet makers in the industry working for us, many of them with us for over 15 years, a rarity in this industry.

Kent Wagner, Principle / Qualifying Party

Kent has worked in the construction industry his entire life, in many different capacities. He is currently the first contact for all building and remodeling projects, large and small. He works with every customer to establish the scope and budget for the project and continues to involve them throughout the process until completion.  His ability to maintain mutually beneficial customer and trade partner relationships has been the driving force of the company. Keeping his clients informed and involved, completing in a timely manner and his obsession with cleanliness on the jobsite has been the secret to satisfied customers that do much of our marketing for us through their enthusiastic referrals’.

Lucy Wagner, Principle

An accounting background made office operations a natural fit for Lucy and affords her the opportunity to work from home while raising a family. The separation of responsibilities between the office and the field assures that both areas of the business are well managed.
